Adds syntax highlighting and snippets for JAI files in Atom.

Note: Jai is very incomplete and has no formal specification. There are likely missing or improperly-highlighted structures.

Install the package language-jai in Atom (Preferences->Packages) or Atom's package manager:

$ apm install language-jai
